개인정보 처리방침 Privacy policy

주식회사 커넥셔너리(이하 '회사')는 개인정보 보호법 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적)
회사는 다음 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리하고 있는 개인정보는 다음 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우 개인정보 보호법 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행합니다.
- 문의 응대 및 협업 협의: 홈페이지를 통한 문의에 대한 본인 식별, 회신, 협업 가능성 검토 및 후속 소통을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다.
- 고충 처리: 민원인의 신원 확인, 문의사항 확인, 연락 및 통지, 처리 결과 회신 등의 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.
제2조 (처리하는 개인정보 항목)
회사는 다음 개인정보 항목을 처리하고 있습니다. 본 사이트는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 필수항목: 이름, 이메일, 소속
- 선택항목: 직책·역할, 연락처, 관심 영역, 찾고 싶은 정보, 활용 방식, 받고 싶은 정보 형태, 자유 메시지
제3조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유기간)
- 회사는 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유·이용 기간 또는 정보주체로부터 수집 시 동의받은 개인정보 보유·이용 기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유합니다.
- 각각의 개인정보 처리 및 보유 기간은 다음과 같습니다.
- 문의 응대 및 협업 협의: 문의 처리 완료 후 1년 또는 정보주체의 동의 철회 시까지
제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)
회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제1조에서 명시한 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의 또는 법률의 특별한 규정 등 개인정보 보호법 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다. 현재 회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제3자에게 별도로 제공하고 있지 않습니다.
제5조 (개인정보 처리업무의 위탁 및 국외 이전)
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 있으며, 수탁자가 미국에 소재함에 따라 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 정보주체는 문의 양식 동의 시 본 위탁 및 국외이전을 인지하고 동의한 것으로 봅니다 (개인정보 보호법 제26조, 제28조의8).

회사는 위탁계약 체결 시 개인정보 보호법 제26조에 따라 위탁업무 수행목적 외 개인정보 처리 금지, 기술적·관리적 보호조치, 재위탁 제한, 수탁자에 대한 관리·감독, 손해배상 등 책임에 관한 사항을 명시하고 있습니다. 두 수탁자는 자체 보안·프라이버시 정책(SOC 2, GDPR 등)을 운영합니다. 위탁업무의 내용이나 수탁자가 변경될 경우에는 지체 없이 본 처리방침을 통해 공개합니다.
제6조 (정보주체 및 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법)
- 정보주체는 회사에 대해 언제든지 다음 각 호의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

- 오류 등이 있을 경우 정정 요구
- 삭제 요구
- 처리정지 요구
- 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 서면, 전자우편(contact@connectionary.io) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치합니다.
- 정보주체가 개인정보의 오류 등에 대한 정정 또는 삭제를 요구한 경우 회사는 정정 또는 삭제를 완료할 때까지 해당 개인정보를 이용하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
- 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 개인정보 보호법 시행규칙 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.
제7조 (개인정보의 파기)
- 회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
- 파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태로 기록·저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없도록 영구 삭제하며, 종이 문서에 기록·저장된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.
제8조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보조치)
회사는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 하고 있습니다.
- 관리적 조치: 내부관리계획 수립 및 시행
- 기술적 조치: 개인정보처리시스템의 접근권한 관리, 전송 시 HTTPS 암호화
- 물리적 조치: 자료 보관 시스템에 대한 접근 통제
제9조 (쿠키 및 자동 수집 장치)
회사는 별도의 분석 쿠키나 추적 쿠키를 운영하지 않으며 (사용 중인 Vercel Web Analytics는 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다), 다음과 같이 최소한의 기능성 쿠키만 사용합니다.
- 언어 선택 쿠키 (
lang): 헤더의 한국어/영어 토글 선택을 약 1년간 보관합니다. 개인 식별과 무관한 환경설정 정보이며, 회사 서버에 별도 전송되지 않습니다. - 호스팅 운영 쿠키: Vercel이 호스팅 운영 목적으로 사용하는 최소한의 세션·보안 쿠키.
정보주체는 웹 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부 시 언어 선택 등 일부 편의 기능 이용에 영향이 있을 수 있습니다.

제12조 (시행 및 변경)
이 개인정보 처리방침은 2025년 9월 1일부터 적용됩니다. 처리방침의 내용에 변경이 있을 경우 변경사항 시행일 7일 전부터 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
Connectionary, Inc. ("we" or "the Company") protects your personal information in accordance with Article 30 of the Korea Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
1. Purpose of Processing
- Inquiry handling and partnership discussions: Identifying inquirers, responding to messages, and continuing partnership conversations.
- Grievance handling: Verifying inquirer identity, confirming matters, contacting, and reporting outcomes.
2. Information We Collect
This site does not collect personal information from anyone under the age of 14.
- Required: name, email, organization
- Optional: title/role, phone, areas of interest, information of interest, intended use, preferred delivery format, free-text message
3. Retention Period
- Inquiry handling and partnership discussions: 1 year after inquiry resolution, or until consent is withdrawn, whichever is earlier.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
5. Subprocessors and Cross-Border Transfer
To operate this site we engage the following subprocessors, both based in the United States. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge and consent to the cross-border transfer of your personal information to these subprocessors (PIPA Articles 26 and 28-8).

Subprocessor agreements include obligations on purpose limitation, technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on further subprocessing, supervision, and liability. Both subprocessors maintain their own security and privacy programs (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.). Any material change will be reflected here without delay.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@connectionary.io. We will act on requests without undue delay.
7. Destruction
We destroy personal information without delay once it is no longer needed. Electronic records are permanently deleted; paper records are shredded or incinerated.
8. Security Measures

- Physical: access controls to data storage systems
9. Cookies
We do not operate analytics or tracking cookies (Vercel Web Analytics, which we use, is cookieless). We use only the following minimal functional cookies:
- Language preference (
lang): Stores your KO/EN toggle choice for about one year. Not personally identifying; not sent to our servers. - Hosting operational cookies: Minimal session and security cookies set by our hosting provider (Vercel).
You may decline cookies via your browser settings; doing so may affect functionality such as the language toggle.

12. Effective Date and Changes
This Privacy Policy is effective from September 1, 2025. Any change will be announced through this page at least 7 days before its effective date.
