Connectionary, Inc. ("we" or "the Company") protects your personal information in accordance with Article 30 of the Korea Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
1. Purpose of Processing
- Inquiry handling and partnership discussions: Identifying inquirers, responding to messages, and continuing partnership conversations.
- Grievance handling: Verifying inquirer identity, confirming matters, contacting, and reporting outcomes.
2. Information We Collect
This site does not collect personal information from anyone under the age of 14.
- Required: name, email, organization
- Optional: title/role, phone, areas of interest, information of interest, intended use, preferred delivery format, free-text message
3. Retention Period
- Inquiry handling and partnership discussions: 1 year after inquiry resolution, or until consent is withdrawn, whichever is earlier.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
5. Subprocessors and Cross-Border Transfer
To operate this site we engage the following subprocessors, both based in the United States. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge and consent to the cross-border transfer of your personal information to these subprocessors (PIPA Articles 26 and 28-8).

Subprocessor agreements include obligations on purpose limitation, technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on further subprocessing, supervision, and liability. Both subprocessors maintain their own security and privacy programs (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.). Any material change will be reflected here without delay.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@connectionary.io. We will act on requests without undue delay.
7. Destruction
We destroy personal information without delay once it is no longer needed. Electronic records are permanently deleted; paper records are shredded or incinerated.
8. Security Measures

- Physical: access controls to data storage systems
9. Cookies
We do not operate analytics or tracking cookies (Vercel Web Analytics, which we use, is cookieless). We use only the following minimal functional cookies:
- Language preference (
lang): Stores your KO/EN toggle choice for about one year. Not personally identifying; not sent to our servers. - Hosting operational cookies: Minimal session and security cookies set by our hosting provider (Vercel).
You may decline cookies via your browser settings; doing so may affect functionality such as the language toggle.

12. Effective Date and Changes
This Privacy Policy is effective from September 1, 2025. Any change will be announced through this page at least 7 days before its effective date.
