These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Connectionary Inc. ("Connectionary", "we", "us", or "our") at https://connectionary.io (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Service

The Site is a corporate marketing website. We use it to publish information about Connectionary, our product AID (decision-intelligence infrastructure), research notes, and to receive inquiries through a contact form. The Site does not offer user accounts, paid transactions, or downloadable products.

2. Acceptance and Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Contact Inquiries

When you submit our contact form, you provide personal information (such as your name, email, and affiliation) for the purpose of receiving a response. Submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Site does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 14.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related infrastructure;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site (including via automated scraping at a rate that materially impairs availability);
• impersonate any person or entity in inquiries;
• use the Site or any content from it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, articles, images, logos, the AID name and mark, the Connectionary name and mark, and the underlying code — is owned by Connectionary or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may quote short excerpts of published articles with attribution and a link to the source, but you may not reproduce substantial portions, redistribute the content, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, our social-media profiles). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Articles published on the Site reflect the analysis and opinions of the authors as of the date of publication and are intended for informational purposes only; they do not constitute professional, legal, investment, or business advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Connectionary, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site shall not exceed KRW 100,000.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connectionary from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
